In our Smart Team we are looking for a driven, goal-oriented and easy-going person with one year of experience as an IT Recruiter :)
It would be good as YOU will:
have about a year of experience in IT recruitment;
have a good understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;
Upper-Intermediate English;
result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details person
team player with excellent communication skills.
What YOU will DO:
Source for suitable IT specialists and actively outreach them to ensure a pipeline to our clients;
Guide applicants through all the stages of the screening process;
Provide timely, accurate, and relevant feedback throughout the screening process;
Innovate ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and client’s requirements
Work on optimization of recruiting processes and practices
