IT Recruiter

In our Smart Team we are looking for a driven, goal-oriented and easy-going person with one year of experience as an IT Recruiter :)

It would be good as YOU will:

• have about a year of experience in IT recruitment;

• have a good understanding of technologies in the IT Industry;

• Upper-Intermediate English;

• result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details person

• team player with excellent communication skills.

What YOU will DO:

• Source for suitable IT specialists and actively outreach them to ensure a pipeline to our clients;

• Guide applicants through all the stages of the screening process;

• Provide timely, accurate, and relevant feedback throughout the screening process;

• Innovate ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues

• Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and client’s requirements

• Work on optimization of recruiting processes and practices
