Recruiting company WORLD STAFF ® seeks Sales/Business Developer
Our client is multinational healthcare company
Main requirements:
- Holder of a Bac +5, from a commercial/marketing training course
- You already have 3 to 5 years of experience in B to B sales, particularly in the world of healthcare with a recognised player
- You have experience in marketing in healthcare sphere
- Fluent English is a must
Main responsibilities are:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate new channels primarily hospital and pharmacy
- Monitor and analyze competition, economic indicators and industry (НС) trends
- Establish necessary communication with KOL`s in the field. Identification of the networks of influence in the world of health
- Identify potential customers and improve distributor management processes
- Develop and manage business partnerships
- Responsible for tender management, regularly report on results through competitor analysis and propose counter actions
- Be a driving force in the construction of new product ranges and define sales methods.
- Development of ranges and marketing of new brands
- Developing market share and turnover
- Contribution to financial indicators (revenue, net income, margin). Co-construction of sales forecasts and execution
- Strengthening the link via communication on company actions and products
- Participation/organisation in hospital studies and tests
- Preparation of trade fairs if necessary
- Possible travel within Ukraine , sometimes to overseas
- Report to local office and HQ
