We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant who will help our sales team with various sales related day-to-day tasks. You will be helping us to manage our CRM system and keep it up to date as well as will be responsible for data collection, data evaluation and management. You will be working with other team members and freelancers to make sure we get highly targeted, and accurate contacts and accounts lists. You need to be able to validate, enrich and combine different data types/categories to create highly specific data sets.
The team you will be working with is remote and located in Ukraine, and the US. The ability to add value as a remote team member is key. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, eager to learn and is not afraid of challenging tasks. If you have work experience with data research this will be a great plus. We are looking forward for you to join our fast growing company.
Work hours: 10 am to 7 pm (flexible schedule allowed)

Responsibilities
Work on various sales-related tasks and general administrative support to the sales & marketing team;
Research contact information for sales leads from various sources;
Work with various online tools and databases;
Record all lead details in the spreadsheet and in HubSpot CRM;
Manage and constantly update data in CRM to keep it up-to-date;
Ensure the high quality and accuracy of data;
Cooperate with the sales team to verify missing/discrepant data;
Report on daily results and any project related issues to the Sales Director.
Candidate requirements:
Must have upper-intermediate English communication skills - reading, writing, and speaking. We have a team in the US and you might be communicating with them at some point.
Good research skills, comfortable using Google Sheets and handling large amounts of data, numbers, and formulas.
Strong online research skills to find different sources of data.
Attention to detail and a keen sense of accuracy, as well as common sense to ensure that the data is both accurate and reasonable.
Quantitative, logical, and organized.
Responsible and result-oriented
Knowledge of research and validation tools would be a great advantage, but this is not a must have, we will provide training.
Being familiar with HubSpot CRM system will be a plus
