YOU ARE

• Experienced in professional services and/or consulting; focused on enterprise technology strategy and business transformation
• Holding at least 2-year experience in communications and change management
• A strategic thinker who knows how to plan communication activities that promote employee adoption and talent development
• Having business acumen and understanding of project and risk management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
• Able to work with cross-functional stakeholders across a multitude of in-person and virtual environments on multiple levels within the organization
• Capable oing manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Possessing excellent writing/editing skills and attention to detail
• Speaking and writing in English and Ukrainian fluently

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Setting up the strategy for change management communications, ensuring adoption of employee experience programs and success measures are met
• Designing and running multi-modal change management communication plans
• Creating mechanisms to effectively implement project and initiative changes that impact 10k+ associates
