DFMEA Moderator

For further development of our Engineering Center we are looking for young and experienced candidates to fill the position of DFMEA Moderator

Roles and responsibilities:
- Development and maintanace of documentation related to technical risks analysis of product design (DFMEA) in specific software tool (IQ-APIS) and other formats;
- Ensure copmliance of project documentation with defined corporate and industry standards;
- Lead and moderate communication with project team regarding technical solutions, technical risks, risk avoidance and detection measures and actions;
- Report results of risk analysis and measures effectiveness to management;
- Maintain communication with project manufacturing team regarding technical risks of product design;
- Development and improvement of technical risk analysis process;
- Communication with other departments in order to establish consistent data in risk analysis documentation.

Requirements to candidate:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Experience or good knowledge of plastic parts developmpent and manufacturing (injection molding);
• Experience or good knowledge of development for mass production;
• Basic knowledge of Hardware Engineering;
• Development of embeded systems for automotive products (desirable);
• Knowlege of FMEA standards: VDA, AIAG, SAE J1739 (desirable);
•  Experience with quality procedures (8D, PPAP) will be an advantage;
• Knowlege of System Engineering (V-model) will be and advantage;
• Experience of work in international evironment;
• Ability to learn by doing and percept new information.
