At FluentPro Software, we create revolutionary software products for Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management. Our product line includes cloud products for configuration management and migration solutions, Business Intelligence, and Data visualization and integration. Over 1000 customers are using our software, most of them are multinational enterprises, many are reps of Fortune 500 list (https://fortune.com/fortune500/search/).  

Now we are looking for a new Account Manager/ Client Partner to join our growing Business Development team and actively push up account growth activities and cross-/ up-sale performance. 

This is how our perfect candidate's profile looks like: 

  • Fluent English (B2 is your minimum). If you studied or lived in the UK/US — that’s a great advantage 
  • At least 3 years in IT Software sales or account management (European and US markets) 
  • Sales Team Management or AM Team Lead experience is a huge advantage
  • Experience selling SaaS products. Candidates with such experience will be given priority  
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and multinational business verticals
  • Strong practical knowledge of the software sales cycle and account management strategies
  • Experienced with CRM, MS Office
  • Friendly and open-minded
  • Growth-oriented
  • Result-driven, self-motivated, organized, and hardworking
  • Good with multitasking and time management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

We need your help with: 

  • Creating and implementing viable retention strategies
  • Taking perfect care of the existing client portfolio
  • Growing existing accounts via cross- and up-sales 
  • Closing deals and exceeding monthly goals
  • Accurate working with CRM
  • Cooperating closely with CSM and Sales teams 
  • Growing actively the existing business revenue 
  • Regular initiating of existing account management practices improvement
