Accountant Assistant

We are looking for an Accountant with Personnel Officer functions to join our team.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Higher education in Accounting, Finance or Audit;
- Work experience will be plus;
- English level: Upper-Intermediate;
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office Excel;
- Knowledge of management accounts;
- Good analytical skills;
- Responsibility, attentiveness and wiliness to work and learn.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collection of local documents (invoices, acts of acceptance, etc.) and pacing for signatures;
- Document archiving;
- Preparing reports and participating in automatization processes;
- Checking the correctness of the data and control bank balances;
- Maintaining database: regularly update and maintain information databases
- Submitting invoices and acts;
- Posting bank statements;
- Execution of other requests.
