We are looking for an Accountant with Personnel Officer functions to join our team.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Higher education in Accounting, Finance or Audit;
  • Work experience will be plus;
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate;
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Office Excel;
  • Knowledge of management accounts;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Responsibility, attentiveness and wiliness to work and learn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Collection of local documents (invoices, acts of acceptance, etc.) and pacing for signatures;
  • Document archiving;
  • Preparing reports and participating in automatization processes;
  • Checking the correctness of the data and control bank balances;
  • Maintaining database: regularly update and maintain information databases
  • Submitting invoices and acts;
  • Posting bank statements;
  • Execution of other requests.
