Accountant / Analyst

We are searching for a self-motivated Accountant / Analyst with good knowledge of international accounting and some experience in financial analysis who is willing to learn and develop with the company.

What You Will Be Doing:

Accounting tasks

• Perform day-to-day tasks, including accounts payable, invoicing, and collection of receivables;
• Bank statements posting and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts in QuickBooks Online;
• Track subscription expenses monthly;
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;
• Ad hoc reports and tasks from other departments and managers;
• Track documents flow at the end of the month, manage document storage for compliance purposes.

Business Finance tasks

• Contribute to calculation and booking of Revenue and related accruals,
• Calculation of Media-related expenses,
• Analysis of operating margins by customer and business lines,
• Participation in preparation of monthly reporting.

About You:

• University degree in Accounting/ Finance/Economics;
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounting;
• Knowledge of international accounting and reporting standards;
• Competent user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (needs to know how to create Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, concatenations, etc.);
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online would be an advantage (prior experience with accounting software);
• Knowledge of Tableau would be an advantage but no must,
• Good analytical skills;
• Excellent command of the English language (both verbally and in writing) is a must;
• Self-organization, responsibility, high efficiency, and attentiveness to details;
• Team player, able to multi-task and to work remotely.
