Site engineer

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Must have a level of expertise in GSM/UMTS/LTE CW&TI field. SWAP project experience is advantage
3. Excellent knowledge of construction and installation standards (for telecom equipment)
4. Experience in telecom companies in a similar position for at least 3-5 years.
5. Good Microsoft Office applications operation skills;
6. Knowledge of telecommunication networks construction and acceptance processes, procedures, and technology. Experience in task management and supervising TI teams activities.
7. Language ability: English intermedia level.
8. Frequent business trip required.
9. Have car and drive license
10. Location: Zaporizhia

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate rollout, acceptance and follow up the progress in region. Applying of integration rollout plan and assigning works to CW&TI teams
2. Support Subcons CW/TI teams in installation, clean-up sites
3. Management of CW&TI works according to specifications, guidelines, processes
4. Co-ordinate works with other service lines in projects. Ensure Site Deployment activities meet project requirements
5. Compare TSSR vs BOM vs actual situation on site and preparation of Site material request (if needed)
6. Support warehouse process (kiting sites and etc.)
7. CW&TI materials coordination
8. Being on the construction site constantly in order to ensure that works are done according to customer/company/safety requirements and procedures
9. Quality control of the site. Periodical provision of quality tests on the sits according to Customer/Company quality norms
10. Focusing on safety and quality, ensuring that all workers follow set standards
11. Definition and implementation of internal and external rollout and regional level meetings and reporting structure
12. Prepare and update reports and risk analysis for Site Deployment in project
13. Periodical trainings to new CW/TI teams, support subcontractors in alarms troubleshooting;
14. Site Acceptance Management
