Conversion manager (financial services)

We are now recruiting! We are looking for Enthusiastic and Driven Conversion Managers to welcome and assist new and potential clients. The 'Conversion Managers' role is to convert potential clients into existing ones.

What do you need to do:

• Create initial contact with potential clients.
• Provide relevant information of the company and the provided services, including relevant market information.
• Motivate clients to use our services.
• Complete minimum target requirements on a monthly basis.

What you will need:

• Solid written and verbal English communication skills;
• Proven previous work experience as an Conversion Manager not less than 3 months
• Ability to communicate, present and influence clients of all backgrounds
• Experience with CRM software
• Proven experience in delivering important information to clients
• Proven ability to maintain positive KPI’s and ability to improve on them.
• Outstanding listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Readiness to work hard and improve both work and social skills.
