Quality & Compliance Specialist

We are looking for Quality & Compliance Specialist to help in the process of assurance for the quality management processes within the company, assist and timely evaluate them according to Integrated Management System («IMS») — ISO 9001:2015; ISO/IEC 27001:2013.

YOU will be involved in:

• Maintaining ISO standards and yearly ISO re-certification on a company level;
• Assisting with external audits which can be requested by CP clients (i.e., ISEA);
• Handling claims and non-conformities reported in quality management system;
• Maintaining company level documentation (standards evaluation and its up to date efficiency tracking and update);
• Assisting with formulation of company standards or procedural documentation (ISO requirements maintenance, documentation related to compliance, information security, processes efficiency, company level workflows maintenance);
• Participating in periodical internal audits within different ControlPay departments and its further analysis;
• Following-up internal audit findings with corrective and preventive actions process coordination (approval/rejection, verification);
• Initiating, developing and maintaining processes revision, regular analyzing of optimization tasks, escalation and finalization of improvements;
• Assuring quality and compliance of file station access structure;
• Ensuring effective communication and cooperation with other ControlPay departments and teams in order to maintain the quality and continuous improvement of all company level processes;
• Cooperating with Training Center regarding training personnel on staff awareness regarding information security and compliance matters;
• Assisting QC Manager with personal data protection (GDPR) regulation and required processes establishment and maintenance within the company;
• Enhancing quality, compliance and information security through advocacy of best practices, continuous optimization and improvement.

Person we are looking for

YOU need to:

• Have a Bachelor or a Master Degree with a major in Information Security, International Economics, Audit or a related discipline;
• Have Upper-intermediate level of English (oral and written documentation, business communication);
• Have experience in business processes analysis and improvement;
• Have good knowledge of Jira and MS Office proficiency;

As a plus:

• Have experience with ISO 9001/27001 certification, QMS (Quality management system), ISMS (Information security management system) within big multinational company;
• Have experience in conducting internal audits (proved ISO Auditor certificate will be a big plus);
• Have experience in work with claims/dissatisfaction and further process improvement;
• Have experience with risk analysis;
• Have understanding of GDPR, personal data protection, compliance background.
