Job Description
In this role, you will support recruitment and streamline onboarding/training of clinical research professionals.
The scope of responsibilities will include
RECRUITMENT
- Prepare and post job advertisements
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates to present job opportunities at PSI
- Resume screening and shortlisting, arranging interviews
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with line managers
- Maintain hiring records for office/region
TRAINING
- Assist with onboarding of the new employees
- Prepare handout materials for newcomers
- Arrange corporate, procedural, and other training of office staff
MISCELLANEOUS
- Maintain staff CVs, training files, evaluation records
- Assist in preparation for and attendance at systems audits
- Maintenance of company HR database and associated applications
Qualifications
- University or College degree
- Administrative experience, preferably in the international environment
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or training is a plus
- Full working proficiency in English
- PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication, presentation and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in international environment and build relationships at all levels
- Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team
