Job Description

In this role, you will support recruitment and streamline onboarding/training of clinical research professionals. 

The scope of responsibilities will include

RECRUITMENT

• Prepare and post job advertisements
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates to present job opportunities at PSI
• Resume screening and shortlisting, arranging interviews
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with line managers
• Maintain hiring records for office/region

TRAINING

• Assist with onboarding of the new employees
• Prepare handout materials for newcomers
• Arrange corporate, procedural, and other training of office staff

MISCELLANEOUS

• Maintain staff CVs, training files, evaluation records
• Assist in preparation for and attendance at systems audits
• Maintenance of company HR database and associated applications

Qualifications

• University or College degree
• Administrative experience, preferably in the international environment
• Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or training is a plus
• Full working proficiency in English
• PC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Communication, presentation and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in international environment and build relationships at all levels
• Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team
