Junior HR specialist

Deloitte is seeking a Junior HR Specialist (Well-being and HR team assistance) to join our Talent team in Internal Clients Services department in our Kyiv office.

The position of HR Team Coordinator provides an excellent opportunity for you to start your HR career and to discover how different fields of HR work. 

The role will involve:

• To provide support to well-being activities (communication, data collection, and analysis, organization, and administration)
• To provide administrative support with service suppliers issues (invoices, acts, etc)
• To administrate and coordinate in-house Talent team activities upon request
• Participating in budgeting and project planning processes

Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English, Ukrainian, Russian) 
• Good knowledge of English (Intermediate or above)
• Ability to work in time constraints, set priorities, do multiple tasks and make independent decisions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel )
• Quick learning capabilities with high attention to details
• Team-player
