Junior Consultant - Strategic & Reputation Risk

Deloitte is seeking a Junior Consultant to join the Strategic & Reputation Risk Team of Risk Advisory Department at the Kyiv office.

Deloitte's Risk Advisory Department is a leading provider of internal control, internal audit and risk management in the CIS, with over 300 dedicated professionals across 14 offices, serving clients in the CIS and abroad.

As part of this team, you will work with high-profile clients, including owner-managed businesses, multinationals and public companies in a variety of industry sectors. You will have the opportunity and support to take on responsibility early on, making a real contribution from day one.

The role will involve:

• Delivering sustainability engagements to local and international clients
• Identifying enterprise risks, analyzing business processes
• Drafting reports, finalizing findings and recommendations with clients’ representatives
• Assistance to all team members in the field of business development
• Reporting to the team leader and/or project manager
• Developing project deliverables and meeting all deadlines
• Collaboration  with colleagues from other departments aimed at expanding the range of offerings in the field of risk management for our key clients and partner companies

Requirements:

• Higher Degree with Economical/Financial/Legal background
• Working experience in Big-4 or consulting company would be a significant advantage
• Advanced user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio
• Good knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate, above is better)
• Strong skills in math, analysis, logic, abstract thinking
• Laconic speech, precise writing
• Strong communicative, interpersonal and presentational skills
• Aspiration for researching, creation, improvement and development
