.NET Architect, Investment Management Services

Our client is one of the world's largest investment funds that manages hundreds of billions of dollars. The company's business is focused on several areas: private equity, venture capital, real assets, investment solutions, and global market strategies.

DataArt specialists work on the project in several areas related to the core business of the client. We are helping to develop a decision support system for investment analysts. The project includes development, optimization and speeding up applications and databases.

Must have

• 8+ years of experience in commercial software development on the .NET platform
• Experience with high-level solutions, understanding the principles of interactions between various components of the architecture
• Deep understanding of information systems, key technologies, and constraints
• Knowledge and practical experience in building cloud systems (AWS and/or Azure)
• Knowledge of OOP, OOD, and design patterns (IOC, SOLID, DDD)
• Practical experience working with MS SQL Server and T-SQL
• Understanding of and experience working with C# (including the latest versions of ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API)
• Understanding of web services and RESTful API
• Knowledge of WCF, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, and XML/XSL
• Experience working with foreign clients
• Team-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, ability to easily talk to people at different levels
• Solid organizational skills, ability to adapt in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet deadlines
• Experience working with Agile methodologies’ of software development
• Experience working in the financial industry
• Good spoken English

Would be a plus

• Experience working with Snowflake
• Knowledge of JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React.js or Angular.js)
• Experience working with messaging/concurrency/multi-threading
