Our client is worldwide producer of plant and seed protection products.

PRIMARY RESPONIBILITIES

  • Support the registration process in designated geography, as well as the Legal Entity Readiness process; 
  • Managing the process of data assembling for regulatory submission dossier, applications for registration; 
  • Arranging of delivering submission packages, dossiers to authorities; 
  • Managing the document’s workflow for the designated projects; 
  • Coordinates the contracting and invoicing, as well as the registration payments, in compliance with company policy; 
  • Develop the labels for new products, working with cross-functional team, ensuring the stewardship process completing; 
  • Monitor the production plan for Artworks, plan and manage the labels update in accordance to the labels production plan 
  • Updates Regulatory data bases; 
  • Coordination the Material Safety Data Sheets process; 
  • Support a team in clearly defined, delegated tasks and activities according to the team goals and overall company strategy;

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferable agriculture, biology, chemical, certification and standardization background; 
  • Experience (from 1 year) in working with regulatory process for crop protection products, pharmaceutical, certification (would be an advantage);
  • Work with data/databases, analysis, data consolidation;
  • Experience in administrative work; 
  • Resources planning/budgeting; 
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (e.g. MS Office, SAP, etc.);
  • Good knowledge of operation of standard office equipment;
  • Good language skills: able to communicate in English (speaking/ writing), fluent in local language;  
  • Willing to consider the student. 

Contractor for the period of maternity leave – 1 year.
