VAS Technical Architect (Data-centric)

We are looking for a result-oriented and energetic VAS Technical Architect who will be responsible for development & planning of telco value-added services.

Responsibilities:· 

• Prepare and follow up VAS systems roadmap, including:

o HW and SW lifecycle control

o solution dimensioning

o load prediction

o support service availability, prolong if needed· 

• Collect business needs and prepare technical requirements for new services/solutions
• Participate in tender processes:

o offers analysis, clarification with participants

o technical evaluation

• Contract technical part preparation
• Participate in cross functional groups in scope of services/solutions introduction/modernization/decommissioning
• Provide consultancy about systems functionality to business and about capability for integration with other systems
• Works coordination with solution suppliers: prepare plan, schedule, supervise execution
• Support complex works execution at maintenance window

Requirements:· 

• GSM/UMTS/LTE architecture
• PS domain elements:

o PCRF/PCEF, DRA, OCS, DPI, GGSN/PGW;

o corresponding 3GPP interfaces; 

o signaling protocols: GTP, Diameter.

• Preferred: 5G architecture
• IP network knowledge
• English level: Pre-intermediate or higher
• SQL knowledge
