RightJet, business partner of Click Aviation Network is currently looking for a Charter Executive based in  Kyiv / Dubai / Sulaymaniyah, Iraq.

On a daily basis, RightJet provides aircraft charter, sales, leasing, and management supervision solutions that are unequaled in the industry in terms of quality, service, and pricing.

Responsibilities:

  • To cold call and generate new charter client leads as required.
  • To keep Pipiedrive CRM system up to date.
  • To meet monthly targets as published.
  • To ensure specific technical data on aircraft, routes and airport operating restrictions is correctly gained and reviewed, prior to quoting.
  • To oversee the accurate preparation of quotations for charter clients based on their individual requirements
  • To follow up with clients to successfully secure charter contracts.
  • To ensure all relevant information necessary is gained to complete a flight booking.
  • To prepare charter flight itineraries for confirmed flights.
  • To ensure all flight details are checked and accurate
  • To ensure a superior level of customer service is provided to our clients at all times. Creating client profiles and understanding their preferences being key.
  • To build and maintain a strong relationships between the client.
  • To anticipate the client’s needs when dealing with flight bookings to avoid last minute inconvenience or issues
  • To be on call to clients 24/7
  • To compile reports as required, ensuring information is accurate.
  • To assess and record client feedback.
  • Fully understand the buy and sell price, ensuring margins are maintained.
  • To collect payments and strictly ensure a no money no fly policy is adopted.
  • To recommend and implement changes in process to ensure effiicient service levels and smart working practises are adopted and maintained.
  • To monitor client emails to ensure they receive timely responses 
  • To manage and elevate issues as required. Thus insuring management are aware of potential situations as they become apparant
  • To ensure good and respectful relations with the Operators
  • To work with Marketing Support on regional charter strategies, direct mailings and sales initiatives.
  • To meet with clients as required. Ensuring necessary travel approvals are gained.
  • Represent RightJet at events and exhibitions.
  • Ensure all operating restrictions are correctly advised to the client,
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved.

 Requirements:

  • Background in Luxury Product Selling and Aviation and / or Travel Industry
  • Fluent English Speaker
