Required skills:

• At least 2 years of related work experience;
• Experience managing online conference platforms;
• Experience with video editing platforms and audio equipment;
• Previous experience with cross-cultural audiences (we are working with the USA market);
• Upper-intermediate English is a must.

As a plus:

• Understanding of the Legal Tech theme will be a plus;
• Experience as a PR manager will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, coordinate and execute all webinar programs & initiatives;
• Evaluate current strategy and identify weaknesses;
• Take part and coordinate process of creating content for the webinars presentations, landing pages, emails;
• Create, maintain and execute a webinar schedule;
• Organize registration and follow up for each webinar;
• Collaborate with internal company teams to improve quality of webinars;
• Measure the success of each webinar and report the results to management;
• Work with speakers and marketing team to determine the most important points for the webinar;
• Conduct post webinar surveys, polls and act as a moderator if necessary.
• Follow up with webinar attendees;
• Analyze webinar results and suggest improvements;
• Conduct, gather and analyze market research to identify new opportunities.
