About Michael Marchese

Mr. Marchese is the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Tempesta Media. He is responsible for corporate strategy, executive team leadership, and overall business operations.

Mr. Marchese’s experience spans over 25 years, having held various strategic and operating positions at companies including Leapfrog Online (Acquired by Dentsu Group, Inc. – NYSE: DNTUF), WebSideStory (Acquired by Adobe – NASDAQ: ADBE), OCC (Acquired by Monster Worldwide – NYSE: MWW) and JWT Specialized Communications (Part of WPP Plc – NYSE: WPP).  As a recognized expert, he has served on numerous critical industry committees for SEMPO (Search Engine Marketing Professionals Organization), IAB (Internet Advertising Bureau), and the MMA (Mobile Marketing Association).

Work conditions

This is a remote, full-time position. It is expected to be 40-hours per week. The schedule is based on Chicago time -06:00 GMT.  Working hours are from 2 PM – 11 PM (Kyiv time), Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate understands that this role is meant to increase the productivity and effectiveness of the CEO and management team.  It is this person’s job to diligently handle supporting tasks and administration, freeing up the CEO and management team to advance the company forward.  Listed below is a sampling of tasks and responsibilities that you would be required to perform for this position.  Training and individual direction will be provided.

ADMINISTRATION AND ANALYSIS

  • Pull and format files, as needed.
  • Send out correspondence as requested.
  • Attend meetings, transcribe meeting notes and prepare for final review.
  • Review writing contractor content to ensure that deliverables meet assignment instructions.
  • Create and maintain reports; provide recommendations for those reports.

COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION

  • Coordinate meetings on behalf of the CEO and other department heads.
  • Liaising with CEO, vendors, and clients.
  • Providing general administration support associated with translation and preparation of documents, such as legal agreements, contracts, employment agreements, official offers, and letters.
  • Preparing analytical and informational materials.
  • Monitor personnel hiring and terminations and ensure accuracy of data input and systems access for associates.
  • Establishing and maintaining computer records, including recruitment files, general files, and other information on sick leave, payroll, vacation pay, and employee’s timetable; maintaining confidential employee information and records.
  • Liaising with different departments of the company in the resolution of the day-to-day administrative problems.
  • Data entry.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

SUPPORT

  • Scheduling and publishing social posts and blogs.
  • Marketing support tasks, including email communication.
  • Successfully complete research projects, as needed.
