HR - manager (recruiting)

“ALFA Smart Agro” is a leading Ukrainian developer and producer of crop protection products, micro fertilizers and seed treatments. Company works over 20 years in Ukrainian agriculture market and actively expand its business to other markets – CIS and EU.

We are looking for a recruiter who could become a part of our professional team.

We expect from a candidate:

Wide experience in recruiting of different type of specialists, middle management – in Ukraine and outbroad. 

English (both written and spoken) – intermediate

Design- thinking, high energetic, goal – oriented person

Readiness to work at office, not in a remote

Duties:

Recruitment of specialists, middle – management (incl. executive search)

Onboarding of newcomers

Salary survey (regular and upon the request)
