Purpose of the role

Ensures that employees of Oximio are continuously trained at highest level standards in alignment with GxP and ISO standards that serve the foundation of the knowledge culture.
The Operations Master Trainer creates and owns overall company training schedule, annual plan, follows up with QA department on SOP revision plan for year. Takes over Operations related trainings from QA. Overlooks and creates hard skills, mainly operations related training strategy and enables the organization to fulfill audit expectations, learning demands and retraining needs. Organizes periodical regular trainings and retratining for all countries. Brings in external knowledge related to pharma and logistics industry. Keeps the structure running and holds blended learning programs, utilization Learning Management Solution of OneHR and instructor led trainings.

The Operational Master Trainer establishes industry leading learning materials that supports the capability of the team to effectively engage, inspire, motivate and optimize performance and shaping the Oximio learning culture through effectively education the Oximio employees at all levels. The Operations Master Trainer proactively works to maintain the learning catalogue by continuously monitoring industry innovations, captures Oximio specific new ideas, changes in process and facilitates their onboarding within the company. 

Responsibilities

Training Planning

Liaising with Quality departments creates an annual training matrix for the entire scope of the company.
Keep record of planned SOP and Policy revisions for the upcoming year and incorporates it to the global training matrix.
Plans the annual and realistic trainings on operational process and creates execution plan.
Streamlines current hard skill training activities in all locations.
Leads the creation of global onboarding curriculum for warehouse employees.
Supervises the Training Administrator and creates framework of digitalized training tracking and cost management.
Ensuring Company Annual Objectives and other agreed targets are enabled in all Oximio depots.
Develop professional training curriculum for operations staff, establish regular seminars to maintain the highest level of knowledge and efficiently onboard new employees.
Constantly seeking for new industry trends, propose initiatives, new knowledge to onboard.

Trainings execution

Establishes a network of local “training champions” and enables their standard education that they can bring forward to the respective locations.
Delivers the full scope of training menu via instructor  led trainings, online classes, self read materials utilizing Learning software, and via network “training champions” on locations. Soft skill training management remains with HR department. 

Delivering Onboarding programs for warehouse and office employees. Ensuring retraining of employees on operational processes, SOPs, processes. 

What will you need to be successful in your job?

Experience

Preferably deep knowledge of operational logistics processes.
Brings in external knowledge of training management from other companies.

Skills & Knowledge

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications, digital savvy with interest to learn possibilities of digital learning management and tracking.
Good verbal skills in possibly delivering courses and creating learning materials.
Structured and organized, very strong ability to oversee complexity while able to have helicopter view and strategic planning.
Fluent in English and Russian language written and verbal.
Excellent, caring and honest communication skills.
Flexible and able to achieve results in a systematic way.
