We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager who is responsible for market research and builds strategic plans for initiating and growing a company's presence globally. Along with the product development, marketing, and other departments, he/she may be involved with optimizing player engagement in a game. He/she also manages marketing and business development relationships with partner companies supporting development, marketing, manufacturing and distribution efforts in various territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Sync with analysts and marketing to build and deliver sales forecasts to achieve business profitability.

  • Manage our relationships with 1st Party Partners (Sony, Microsoft, Steam, Epic game Store, etc.).

  • Support product licensing of our titles.

  • Manage and maintain pricing strategy of all titles and titles with 1st Parties and Distributors.

  • Review and negotiate contracts (partnerships, licensing, distribution, etc) with current and new digital clients.

  • Assist in managing a growing portfolio of digital partners.

  • Work with analysts to provide research and analytical support to determine business performance and create reports/presentations for management.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and make recommendations and proposals for management.

  • Develop, draft, and present financial models for new digital business.

  • Communicate regularly with internal teams to provide status reports.

  • Regularly travel to meet with key partners and conduct business negotiation.

 Qualifications:

  • Business development experience with B2B negotiations required.

  • English fluency.

  • Experience with reviewing and negotiating contracts.

  • Previous P&L and Revenue responsibilities.

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and prioritize multiple deals and projects at once.

  • Strong understanding of the video games industry and digital games (Console and PC Games).

  • Good understanding of digital technologies.

  • Strong financial and data analysis experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple groups (Sales, Marketing, Social, PR)

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Direct industry experience.

  • Experience in gaming is a plus.
