Director of Strategic Partnerships

What you will be doing



•Working closely with Senior Management to target companies for acquisition that align with our long term growth strategy and vision
•Using business intelligence platforms and networking activity to identify targets based on success and potential
•Identifying and engaging with companies in the gaming sector who could be open to M&A
•Negotiating M&A terms to maximise return on investment
•Manage all technical, commercial and regulatory processes
•Develop systems and processes for M&A
•Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful integration of organisation structures and maximisation of utilisation of IPRs

•You'll be part of an agile and creative team and work closely with them to coordinate efforts and get the best results.
•You'll think creatively and be motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best.
•You'll work with cutting edge technology, if you need software or hardware to get the job done efficiently, you can get it. We even have a robot!

Skills and requirements



•Extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions
•Strong commercial outlook and strong negotiator
•Outstanding communication, networking and interpersonal skills
•Ability to use data to create compelling business cases for M&A

Desirable



•Experience in a similar role relating to mobile games
