Department Coordinator

We are looking for a Department Coordinator with good communication skills to join our big team. We expect our ideal candidate to be a good team player and take great pride in their work.

You will be involved in accounts and department coordination activities.

As a Department Coordinator, you will closely work with the Department Manager, our Customers, and team members, being at the heart of all communication, handling confidential and important business information.

Responsibilities:

• Assist a DM in daily operations
• Assist in drafting meeting minutes, work with presentation materials
• Attend and coordinate meetings
• Prepare reports based on quality performance data
• Keep records of key process results with a high level of accuracy
• Perform travel and team-building arrangements
• Streamline account / department operations and routines
• Keep under control the company tracking system
• Proofread and review documents in English

Requirements:

• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Good mathematical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details
• Good communication skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Proficient MS Office user, especially with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Preferably, work experience in IT sphere
