Invoicing manager

Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing of billing/invoicing terms (type of project, start/end date, rates, duration, total amount in the contract/statement of work)
2. Communication with the project/account managers or legal department regarding any issues with the contracts/statement of work etc.
3. Verify the correctness of invoicing data
4. Participation in monthly invoicing for services: gathering of the information for invoicing purposes from the responsible person/Jira/client`s reports (billing sheets/timesheets, expenses reports, etc.); post invoices to external invoicing software and adding to the necessary internal files
5. Revenue recognition for time and material basis as well as fixed-price projects and travel expenses
6. Following up on outstanding/overdue payments, answering customer`s queries, and resolving issues arising regarding the outstanding/overdue invoices
7. Other reporting tasks as per the department`s needs.?

Requirements:

1. Bachelor`s/Master`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, International Economy
2. ?Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (English at upper-intermediate level or higher)
3. Previous experience in the finance/accounting department (experience in a service company is an advantage)
4. High level of responsibility, high attention to details, punctuality, problem-solving approach
5. Financial background
6. Experienced user of MS Excel (Knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus)
7. Good communication and analytical skills
8. Experience with Jira/QuickBooks/Teamleader is an advantage?
