Client Support Manager

Your main duties are:

— Work with clients’ requests via email and messengers

— Work on moderation of the websites according to the rules and requirements

— Analyze the performance of the ads and provide suggestions on ad campaign optimization;

— Work on retention and increasing of clients’ loyalty

— Work on individual tasks and team projects

You fit these requirements:

— Ability to work with a great volume of information 

— Ability to work with fast reaction to market changes

— Strong analytical and communication skills

— Ability to meet deadlines and to work in a team

— Ability to deal with clients’ complaints and issues

— Experience in communication with foreign customers (Europe, APAC, India Regions)

— English - Upper-Intermediate+

Will be a plus:

— Experience in digital advertising, marketing, or similar field

— Knowledge of CRM systems; also Hubspot, Jira

— Knowledge of an additional language
