INDistro Account Executive
INDistro specializes in the distribution of smoke and vape-related products within the United States. We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our growing team. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential retail and distribution partners. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
The Account Executive is responsible for call and email activity to support new customers and the revival of past ones while participating in sales-related outreach programs, lead/opportunity generation and follow-up, and CRM account management.
Must Demonstrate
Knowledge of the industry and products sold
Professionalism at all times with superb customer service skills
Ability to analyze business opportunities and read situations well
Ability to be adaptable to different personality types with customers
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiations skills
Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone with decision-makers
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Functional knowledge of PC, Chromebook, or Mac business application
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred
Ability to self-manage a high workload, set priorities, and report to leadership
Fluent in the English language. Knowledge of any other languages is a plus
Primary responsibilities:
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market via outreach
Follow up on leads and opportunities
Build long-term trusting relationships with customers
Meet monthly sales quotas
Handle customer inquiries as they arise
Create accurate, complete quotes and invoices, and deliver them to the customer promptly
Explain product functionality to customers as necessary
Accurate and timely input customer information, recording calls-to-action, dates, sources, and other sales action items within the CRM / Google Drive system
Participate in pipeline review meetings
Attend paid for periodic sales training
Report to the Office Manager
Other duties as assigned

These positions are set in a professional office environment and requirements to sit for prolonged periods of time using a computer and a telephone

Guarantee of $500 per month ($2.90 per hour) OR
$300 a month + 3% commission on gross sales, whichever is greater
$150 Bonus is total sales exceed 50% quota
$250 Bonus if total sales exceed 100% quota
