Product and Sales Training Specialist, Miele

Our client is the Ukrainian representative office of a German company for the production of consumer electronics.

Miele is the No. 1 brand for premium home appliances. The company was founded in 1899 and today has offices in 47 countries around the world.

Now company is looking for a specialist who will conduct product and sales training as well as proofread the technical texts and provide marketing, trade marketing support to the own retail and partners activities. We are looking for a highly self-organized person who is ready for challenging work and interesting projects in the international environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Corporate education strategy implementation - educate partners and colleagues on product range and sales (online & offline) – webinars, trainings, product demonstration
• Close cooperation with Corporate Miele Academie – provide strong extertize according to local needs
• Analyze the competitors’ products
• Provide analytical reports on trainings on regular basis
• Marketing support of all promotions for own retail and partners on regular basis
• Partners’ marketing support on regular basis
• POSM creation, production, distribution, availability and control on the stock
• Participation in cross-functional projects of the company

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ related experience in product and sales trainings in international companies
• Sales experience (B2C) in the field (premium segment) would be an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels and partners
• High motivation and independent way of working
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills (both oral and written)
• Higher education in marketing/ management/ economics/ philology/ psychology
• Team player, fast learner, efficient, client orientated, responsible, focused on results
• Intetmediate level MS Office incl. Excel, 1C will be an advantage
• Fluent Ukrainian, English, Russian
