About the role: 

Our client is a multinational IT software product company is looking for an energetic HR Admin to join a key role in their new office in Kyiv.
As the HR Admin, you will create a pleasant working environment and ensure smooth administration operations for the Kyiv office.

Responsibilities: 

  • Administrative responsibilities at the reception desk, including managing day-to-day office operations (supply maintenance, assisting and directing visitors and employees);
  • Responsible for facilities, maintenance and coordinate all office operation;
  • Owning the look and the feel of our new offices;
  • Serve as the point of contact for purchasing requests related to office& employees; 
  • Take responsibility for all activities related to HR Administration, including but not limited to processing of hiring (Schedule interviews, working directly with candidates, recruiters and the hiring teams). Be responsible for all types of absence;
  • Assisting in employees work life cycle from onboarding to offboarding;
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures required by the local legislation;
  • Initiate, promote, perform, and communicate various welfare activities and events for employees: department events, holidays, gifts, etc. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office/ HR admin, Front desk manager, or Administrative assistant in the high-tech industry;
  • Excellent time management skills and strong ability to multitask and prioritize work;
  • Proven experience planning, managing and executing small and large-scale events with great attention to detail;
  • Open-minded, service-oriented, and ready to take initiative;
  • Team player who is great at problem-solving;
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English- A must!! 
  • Upbeat, positive attitude, with patience and a love for people and collaboration;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and email tools (Outlook and/or Google calendar).
