Office Manager / Personal Assistant

We are looking for a responsible office manager / personal assistant in our IT Dutch-Ukrainian company Enkonix with the 30 people onboard located on Vozdvizhenka

Responsibilities:
- Organizing office (weekly office purchases, management cleaning agency, working with office equipment)
- Assisting the organization’s HR functions
- Assist with daily administrative personal requests of founders
- Meeting visitors, sometimes from other countries
- Help colleagues with their requests
- Supporting and coordinating corporate holiday, company events, or conferences
- Personal tasks of top management
- Helping with translations
- Many other tasks
Requirements:
- Positive attitude
- English — Advanced (C1) or higher (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi- task and prioritize work
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Good personal relationship skills
- Previous office management, administrative or assistant experience will be a plus
