Technical support

Responsibilities:

• Educate customers and partners on bpm’online products
• Provide consulting and assistance pertaining to product configuration
• Provide product updates and technical advice to customers
• User training, making consultations on using the software
• Develop and present customized solutions to customers and partners

Experience:

• Experience in software demo and trainings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with CRM systems, strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service and Support)
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills
