Responsibilities:
- Educate customers and partners on bpm’online products
- Provide consulting and assistance pertaining to product configuration
- Provide product updates and technical advice to customers
- User training, making consultations on using the software
- Develop and present customized solutions to customers and partners
Experience:
- Experience in software demo and trainings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with CRM systems, strong knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service and Support)
- Excellent customer satisfaction skills
