E-learning Specialist

3Shape is the global market leader of dental CAD/CAM and seeks to expand its Academy e-learning team with an E-learning Specialist. 3Shape is developing e-learning content for novice and more experienced users for the use on our online Academy.

Your Profile:

• You have experience in writing learning objectives and writing instructional content for trainings.
• You have experience in working with subject matter experts and can write instructional content.
• You have experience in developing e-learning and perhaps you are working with authoring tools, such as e.g. Camtasia, Articulate Storyline or Rise, or other authoring tools. 
• It is a plus if you can write test questions and practice activities. 
• It is a plus if you have background in pedagogy and adult learning theory.
• It is a plus if you have a creative and graphical flair and are familiar with shooting and editing videos, handling voice overs and using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
• It is a plus if have dental or dental technician background.  
• You are comfortable working in English both verbally and in writing.
• You are a strong team player, but can independently drive and plan your own work.   
• You thrive with detailed and creative tasks and are good at structuring your work and handling many tasks simultaneously. You have a strong sense of responsibility and are committed to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.

Your Responsibility:

• Taking part in designing and producing e-learning assets.
• Taking part in writing instructional content for trainings. 
• Taking part in writing learning objectives and assessment questions for trainings. 
• Capturing screen recordings, synchronizing videos, and voice overs.
• Creating graphics, pictures, animations, videos, and other visual elements.
• Working with project manager and team members and management to fulfil project requirements, milestones, deliverables, and deadlines. 
• Involving stakeholders to gather information for training content and ensuring that quality assurance is performed during the actual design and implementation in compliance with review processes and development procedures.
• Ensuring compatibility and integration to the Learning Management System. 
• Following trends within the online learning field, and appropriately selecting and designing learning using the existing and emerging technologies and authoring tool.
