Database IT Assistant

NHSM is a Shipmanager with offices in Hamburg, Odessa and Hong Kong with core business in management of vessels' commercial activities.      

In order to strengthen our team in Odessa due to increasing fleet we are looking for an Database IT Assistant. 

Requirements: 

- marine education 

- effective communication skills both in oral and written English; 

- ability to work with different computer programs   

- experience as Marine engineer is an advantage 

Responsibilities: 

- Create new users in database 

- Conduct training about system 

- Maintain database   

- Create vessels hierarchy, new equipment, maintained parts, maintenance plan for equipment, spare parts and other items and particulars related to PMS 

- Assist with IT support across the office
