Your Responsibilities:

• Account targeting – together with marketing tools define target accounts in Europe – client profiling, research, describe personas, their needs.
• Provide information support to clients through social networks.
• Work in a team for results
• Advising of clients on basic customer issues (NOT SALE)
• Interacting with clients at all stages of service in our company
