IT Support (HelpDesk) Specialist

International product B2B SaaS company — iDeals is looking for an IT Support (HelpDesk) Specialist who will provide efficient office services and infrastructure support. This position serves the overall development, implementation, education, and day-to-day support needs of the iDeals employees. 

In this role you will be primarily responsible for the organization of delivery, take back and repair IT equipment, installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and providing technical support to all employees.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Buying/delivering/taking back/repairing/auditing IT equipment;
• Providing general IT support assistance to all employees;
• Providing support and coordination to ensure all users are utilizing systems correctly, adequately, and to the highest optimal level (ability to work Overtime upon request);
• Assisting internal staff with training and mentoring on utilization of Google Apps and other cloud services;
• On/offbording employees (all locations);
• Installing and configuring laptops/PC;
• Providing and managing security on users devices according to security policies;
• Managing users access to the organisations internal systems;
• Maintaining, managing IT inventory to be up-to-date always;
• Providing update and upgrade of users equipment;
• Providing and managing security on users devices according to security policies;
• Writing basic software instructions (Zoom, VPN, Slack etc.);
• Support office IT infrastructure.

YOUR COMPETENCY PROFILE:

• 1+ years in a similar position;
• You have strong knowledge and understanding of MS Operational Systems and macOS;
• You are experienced with Microsoft Hyper-V;
• You have Upper-Intermediate English;
• You are eager to learn new systems and procedures on an on-going basis;
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have Upper-Intermediate English;
• You have fluent Ukrainian and Russian.
