«Dealist» company is open a vacancy Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities include providing professional technical support in English to customers all over the world in the financial field (not the sales).
Requirements for candidates:
- Mandatory: English level of proficiency from Intermediate and higher
(ONLY WRITTEN COMMUNICATION WITH USERS!). - Advanced computer skills.
- Resilience, time management skills, responsibility, attention to the details, good at multitasking;
- An active position in life and a huge desire to develop skill and knowledge;
- Responsiveness to new tasks and focus on resolving customer inquiries;
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with any product related questions
- Closing tickets in one touch
- Record-keeping
We offer:
- A job in a dynamic company;
- The working schedule is organized by shift. Morning shifts — from 09:00 to 17:00. Evening shifts from 14:00 to 22:00. Night shifts (as desired) from 22:00 to 08:00 or from 23:00 to 09:00.
- Salary: first month 10 000 UAH, from the second month the salary increases to 500-675$.
