Responsibilities:

• Providing 2nd level of technical support services for issues
• Securing the agreed levels of service are always met according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Performing all tasks and providing deliverables on a good level of quality
• Reporting status and progress according to the project and company demands

Requirements:

• Familiarity with VAST video
• Basic knowledge of GAM, header bidding
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, DOM

Would be a plus:

• Basic experience with prebid.js
• A sales engineering background
