MMD Smart is a dynamic global company that develops and markets telecommunications solutions.

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our friendly team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Point person for office maintenance, correspondence, supplies, equipment

  • Managing relationships and negotiations with vendors, service providers, and landlord

  • Responsible for managing, developing and implementing office services

  • Cooperate with the HR team to maintain and organize office policies and processes, actively participate in the planning and execution of company events.

  • Provide general and traveling support to employees.

  • Coordinate with IT on all technical office equipment.

  • Responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met (preparing an annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, etc.)

  • Coordinate office facilities staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Russian)
