About the job

We are looking for the passionate SMM Manager/Copywriter for Be—it Health & Social Impact who will take care of the social media pages of our healthcare clients and projects.

General requirements:

• Participation in digital strategies development (planning of long-term content strategies and content plans)
• Work together with the PPC manager as a team to achieve the best results
• Development of content for marketing materials: landing pages, banners, PPC ads, project descriptions
• Multimedia content creation and supervision: texts, graphic and video storytelling for FB, Instagram, Tik Tok, Telegram
• Briefing of designers to create visual content
• Communications with clients and interaction with community members on a day-to-day basis
• Planning and execution of SMM activations to attract the target audience
• Reports' preparation, analysis of content strategy and together with PPC manager the effectiveness of media plans.

 Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in SMM
• Knowledge of SMM tools
• Copywriting skills (UA, ENG)
• Basic visualization/video creating skills
• Understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
• Fluent Ukrainian, upper-intermediate English
• Higher education (digital, PR, marketing, communications, media, other specialties are also considered).
