About the project:
Loio is a Microsoft Word add-in that simplifies legal document review & editing. Released in 2020, Loio is designed to help lawyers and legal professionals to deliver tidy docs faster. We are a new tool with a growing team and an ambitious vision of helping lawyers in the US and Europe.

What we need:

• 2+ years of experience in the Community Relations field;
• Work with products on EU or/and US markets;
• A proven track record of successful Community campaigns;
• Excellent spoken and written English (from the level Upper-intermediate);
• Ability to suggest solutions and ways forward when escalating questions;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

What you will do:

• Own and manage Community;
• Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner;
• Stay up-to-date with legal & legal-tech markets trends;
• Analyze Community demand;
• Track news and media releases through analytical software;
• To build scalable system of creating buzz in related groups (Facebook, Reddit);
• Build and grow guerilla marketing campaign (promotion within competitors community).
