Project Description

Marketing Specialist is responsible for support and development of marketing communication with regards to recruitment and for marketing activities on the local market.

Responsibilities

• • External and internal Marketing campaigns execution
  • Advertising materials development
  • Cooperation with business partners (marketing agencies, graphic designers),
  • Close cooperation with other departments of the Company in marketing campaigns planning and implementation
  • Work on marketing events in order to increase candidates', employees' and clients' loyalty towards the Company
  • Assistance in preparation of marketing reports the business requires
  • Support in collecting analytical marketing data and market research
  • Working with bookkeeping database, creating requests and processing contracts.
  • Produce reports to monitor results.

  • Fluent English
  • At least 2 years of previous experience on similar position, preferably in an international company
  • Microsoft Office package strong knowledge
  • Proactive approach
  • Well organized and flexible, good communication/interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
