We are looking for a Lawyer. To be efficient at that position, candidate should have extensive experience in different law practices, good communication skills and commitment to industry and corporate standards as well as professional ethics. We expect you not only make a great colleague of ours, but, more importantly, become a trusted and reliable partner for our clients in terms of delivering optimum legal solutions for each and every case.

Responsibilities:

• communications with clients both in English and Ukrainian
• defining client's needs
• planning legal projects
• performing legal projects in accordance to corporate standards and plan
• active participation in corporate policies development, optimising practices and other initiatives
• reporting according to corporate standards
• participation in industry events

Requirement:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• excellent knowledge in corporate, business, antitrust / competition, labor law
• English, both written and spoken - upper intermediate +
• other foreign languages is a plus
