Transportation specialist

Responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination of the shipping process
• Determination of the best route of shipment in accordance with the client's requirements: determination of the sea line, method of delivery to the port (by road / rail), type of container / flexitanks
• Determination of terms for loading / delivery to the port of containers, coordination of the work of the SCS / discharge.
• Daily communication with dispatchers, weight, laboratory, warehouses, security
• Managing the document flow
  Control over the timely issuing and dispatch of bills of lading, certificates, control of shipping documents, customs declaration; checking and paying forwarders' invoices.
  Drawing up reports, plans, making claims, terms of reference, negotiating contracts for forwarding.
• Communication with clients on logistics issues with maximum support for any questions.
• Participation in the development of non-standard shipments.
• Providing indicative rates for calculating sales

Requirements:

• 2-3 year experience in transport logistics- container transportation (export, sea/land delivery); FMCG or agri area preferably
• intermediate knowledge of SAP/ ERP is a plus
• English intermediate level at least
• university degree

• good communication skills
