Junior marketer (Digital marketing assistant)

Junior marketer would be responsible for cooperation with the freelance copywriters, translators and linkbuilders in many countries, and would be basic assistance to in-house marketing SEO and digital marketing specialists.

We are looking for somebody who has result-oriented mindset and is willing to learn, in order to achieve set goals. Prior experience in digital marketing would be helpful in this process, but not necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contact and develop an effective cooperation process with freelancers.
• Work with existing freelance database, as well as conducting own research. 
• Assist in-house marketing specialists in evaluation of freelancers’ performance, linkbuilding, social signals generation (SMM activities), etc.
• The ability to decrease overall spending on freelancers’ services: be able to find good executors for the best price.
• Ability to reach weekly/monthly goals.

Required Skills:

• Ability to conduct multiple tasks 
• Must have solid verbal and written communication skills in English (Other languages would be a huge plus)
• Must be a critical and analytical thinker 
• Strong sense of organization and attention to details
• Fast learner and results oriented mindset 
• Previous experience in digital marketing or customer support would be an advantage, but won't be necessary.
