Your main objectives will be

As an events designer at Admind your objective will be to master the execution of elegant and memorable brand experiences in the digital, physical and hybrid worlds.

Your role will be crucial in helping our team translate our client’s brand consistently across a multitude of touchpoints, including but not limited to exhibitions, trade fairs, digital event platforms, social media and immersive spaces.

As you grow into the role, you will implement best-practices and guidelines as you execute throughout the entire event journey. From the pre-event phase, supporting the branding and communications, setting-up digital and physical spaces, bringing content to life, and producing post-event materials.

You will be part of our Centre of Experiences Team, and together with our Senior Designer and Team Leader you will collaborate closely with our 3D and Digital Teams.

Who you are

• You are an open and hard working full-stack designer that understands the value of collaboration, positivity and inclusivity in design
• You have excellent layout and typographic skills and advanced understanding of color theory
• You are able to bring designs to life through animation
• Most importantly, you are a quick learner with a finger on the pulse and an avid curiosity for all things digital
• You have experience designing for brand and marketing teams and have previously worked on some events, exhibitions (spatial design) and digital experiences

What you will doAS A DESIGNER:

• Execute across the entire brand experience,
• Understand the brief and participating in research, analysis, brainstorming, idea execution, feedback and finalization of different branding, communication and experiential design projects.
• Design for a variety of on and offline touchpoints –such as emails, websites, social media, trade shows– with an emphasis on storytelling, brand consistency and user experience. 
• Design compelling slide decks and presentations to showcase own and team’s work during client meetings, team meetings and Admind’s portfolio.

AS A TEAM MEMBER:

• Keep an easy and consistent flow of communication with team members, Creative Directors and Project Managers regarding your own and your team’s work.
• Share and follow best practices to maintain team workflow, creativity and collaboration.
• Participate in company meetings, share constructive feedback and contribute to keeping our community an inclusive and supportive place.
