Hebrew + English Speaking Account Manager

We are Checker Soft, a genuine SaaS platform providing Mystery Shopping, Field Research, Phone Surveys, Retail Audit, SMS or Online Surveys to B2B clients - market research companies around the globe. Checker integrates all the tools the customer needs to manage all your research projects. 

Our clients are coming from Western and Central Europe, as well as Asia and Latin America. We are focused on B2B sales only.

We are looking for an Account Manager speaking both Hebrew and English languages to join our international team remotely. 

What you will be doing:

- Customer and Technical Support to our clients;

- Problem solving;

- Establishing first contact with a new client/lead.

- Conducting demos of our platform to leads (potential clients).

What you bring with you:

-Fluent English;

-Highly developed communicative skills;

-Strong background in customer management;

-Market research background is a strong plus.

- Relatively flexible working schedule app 9am to 6pm Israeli time (same with Ukraine)

- It is preferred to work Sunday to Thursday with Friday and Saturday - weekend according to Israeli working week at least 2 weeks in a month;
