Business Assistant/ Lead Generator

We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing, customer support, agile sales and marketing support, and a lot more.

Now we are looking for a Business Assistant with English at B2 level.

You will be directly involved in the operations of our foreign client, based in Norway, who provides digital events over the world.

Remote during quarantine period.

Monday-Friday, 17:00 - 00:00

Your responsibilities:

• The first line of communication;

• Responding to Potential customer inquiries;

• Handling incoming leads that are totally new people and increase to check if the lead is qualified;

• Generate leads when volumes are low.

You are our perfect candidate if you are:

• have strong written and oral communication skills at upper-intermediate level B2;

• able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively;

• work experience in an event industry will be a plus;

• PC user, preferable knowledge of HubSpot, Google Docs, Excel.
