Legal Advisor

Requirements:

• law degree;
• 1 + years of professional experience;
• Upper-Intermediate English is a must including legal drafting;
• good writing and editing skills in English, Russian and Ukrainian;
• Experience in opening (onboarding) bank accounts, PsPs, EMIs
• Basic knowledge/experience in FinTech industry 
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations 4. Good knowledge of Contract law (both Ukrainian and foreign) 

Key responsibilities:

• 1. Performing day to day operations for the group of companies,( company maintenance), keeping records and up to date information on the group of companies
• 2. Onboarding banks, EMis, PsPs, assisting payment, compliance and financial departments in preparing various documents upon requests
• 3. Negotiations with counter-parties, providers, financial institutions, internal departments on the daily basis.
• 4. Conducting research of new jurisdictions, solutions for the group of Companies
• 5. Overlooking the potential risks in day-to-day operations, and mitigating them
• 6. Drafting  various agreements (Service agreements, Marketing agreements)
• 7. Conducting all KYC procedures/preparing documents upon requests of financial institutions, other regulatory bodies
