PPM Express is a spin-off and subsidiary of FluentPro Software Corporation, a Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in developing software products and implementing Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) on the Microsoft PPM Platform.
PPM Express is a cloud-based project portfolio management software. We are headquartered in the Seattle area and have a development center in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
PPM Express works with medium-size organizations and IT departments of large enterprises in the US, EU, and the UK. We have a product-market fit, paying customers.
Now we are looking for an open-minded, outgoing person, who loves the interaction with people, to join our team as Customer Success Manager.
This is how our perfect candidate’s profile looks like:
- fluent English, both verbal and written
- 1+ experience in customer success, account management in a B2B company
- experience working with foreign customers
- general understanding of subscription business models, including freemium, free trial, account expansion, upsells
- ability to work with customer data to identify and adjust for customers who are high priority, at-risk, or have growth opportunities
- collaborative team player eager to build effective cross-department relationships
- exceptional communication skills
- strong analytical skills
- strong computer skills
Main responsibilities:
You will work with a pool of 100-200 companies:
- Managing customer success and growth through written communications and calls
- Understanding customers’ goals and success criteria identified during the sales process
- Managing the delivery of product and services with full understanding of the customer’s needs
- Monitoring performance across the customer lifecycle
- Owning renewal and upsell opportunities
- Acting as a point of contact for any customers’ queries or issues, ensuring they receive the highest service
- Collaborating with PPM Express Product, Marketing, Support, and Sales teams to meet our customers' expectations, receive case-study and testimonials
